Phone and fax orders are accepted during our regular store hours. Regular orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 business days pending credit card verification and item availability. In stock items may be available for next day processing. An invoice receipt will be included with order. (For orders shipped directly from vendor, customer will receive invoice separately by mail)
All orders are shipped FedEx or ups ground service, 3-5 day delivery. 2nd day air and overnight shipping are also available at an additional charge. Minimum shipping charge is $6.95. Shipping charges are based on merchandise total and are the responsibility of the customer. See shipping schedule below. These rates apply to delivery within the continental u.s. rates for delivery outside the u.s. will be quoted per order.

Returns
* Shoe styles currently stocked by the glass slipper may be returned for a full refund within 1o business days, according to policy.
* catalog orders (shoe styles not currently stocked) may be returned for a refund minus 20% restocking fee, exchanged at full price for equal merchandise or returned at full price for a store credit within 10 business days
* all accessories are final sales.
A return authorization from the glass slipper must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. Customer must notify the glass slipper of return request within 5 business days of receipt of shoes. All goods must be returned within 10 business days. The glass slipper does not accept any goods returned after 10 business days, we do not accept any returns after wedding or event date has passed! All goods must be shipped back prior to wedding/event date.
All returns must be made through the glass slipper even if package was originally shipped directly to customer from a vendor location. Merchandise must be in original manufacturer's wrapping, box and outer shipping carton, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in salable condition. It is the sole discretion of the glass slipper to determine if goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Exchanges are subject to the standard shipping and handling fees.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
